CULTURAL TRANSITION SERVICES
The Burnaby School District provides Cultural Transition Services, which includes language, cultural and settlement support for schools, immigrant students and their families. Cultural interpretation service is available to every school in Burnaby, in all languages. Also, in conjunction with community agencies, the Burnaby School District offers parenting and settlement programs in different languages for immigrant families.
