Using Google Calendar

Google Calendar allows you to:

• Create public and private calendars
• Define permissions for specific users (ie. staff, parent groups, etc.)
• Sync your GroupWise calendar with Google Calendar

Accessing Google Calendar

If you haven't done so already, please request permission to your designated School Calendar by e-mailing Web Services.

Getting Started

Click on the School Calendar at the bottom of the left-hand navbar on an elementary school website.

The School Monthly Calendar window will open.

Click on the Google Calendar button in the lower right-hand corner of the School Monthly Calendar to sign into your Google account (your account associated with your School Calendar via Web Services).
