A recent literacy event at Maywood Community School included a book reading by former Educational Assistant turned author Brandee Buble and other guest readers – but that’s not all. At the end of the day, each child got to choose 5 books to keep from stacks of offerings provided by a partnership of First Book Canada and Love Child Organics.
